This is surely the best low cost hotel, efficient and attentive staff, air-conditioned rooms. The location is central. There is dessert restaurant Grezzo Raw Chocolate, set 800 feet walk away. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the rooftop bar.
The bathrooms are very small.

hotel is located within walking distance from the railway station and main attractions, on the ground floor there is a cozy lobby, where you can sit while waiting for check-in, free tea, juice throughout the day, there is a desk with a computer and printer, with the ability to print the necessary documents. On the ground floor there is a spacious breakfast room, is quite decent: slicing (cheese, ham, sausages), eggs, delicious pastries, tea, coffee, several kinds of juice, very nice waitress who makes a wonderful Cappuccino. room for three people is small, I'd say it's a double room with an extra bed, please note that from 9. 00 am to 2. 00 pm there is no heating, room was cool enough at the beginning of January, had to switch on the air conditioning for heating, towels and bath accessories are changed daily, there is no refrigerator in the room, most pleasant bonus is the rooftop patio which offers a magnificent view of the city.
Still, I'd like a bigger room for three.

FAR! We stayed in April 2019. The room is a reasonable size. Not tiny but OK. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Nice rooftop but the view is underwhelming, just nice to be on s rooftop. I found the neighborhood to be poor looking. Totally safe but just gross. Nothing to really look at. It's close to Termimi station about a 7 minute walk. Colleseum is close but NONE of the other attractions. There is a Metro station that's close down what looks to be a busy safe alley with a few shops. It's very tidy inut very dated. Looks like an old Indian room. The bed had a hair on it and the sheets looked dingy but they quickly replaced them. All I'm all. It's tidy and just OK and it's up a hill. I wouldn't stay here again it's jusy not my kinda neighborhood or vibe. Stay near Trevi Fountain. It's far more lively and MUCH closer to the attractions.
Friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast
Shabby neighborhood. Up a hill. Old boutique looking hotel.

The location provides easy access to very nice sights like ancient ruins and bustling restaurants. Offering excellent advice on where to eat and even called a taxi for us when needed. Breakfast was pretty good with a range of delicious options, including fresh fruit and pastries. The room appeared a bit worn and could use some updates, while the selection at the rooftop bar was somewhat limited.

Location is close to main Rome train station (Termini) and tourist sites such as the Colosseum and the Roman Forum - but some distance from St Peters and the Vatican. Staff very friendly and helpful - e.g. kitchen staff made up some panini (bread rolls with ham and cheese) for us one morning when we had to go out extremely early before the breakfast room was due to open. Our room was one of two that each have a private terrace - very relaxing, and also convenient for drying washing.
Major shopping streets are not close to the hotel. Breakfast is OK if you are expecting a simple continental breakfast as we were, but those expecting a USA/UK breakfast may be disappointed.

It has the most extremely helpful and very amiable staff we have ever experienced before. Savoury and above average breakfast that includes breads, yoghourt and eggs.

Rooftop Relaxation and Scenic Views
Evenings on the rooftop terrace were magical. The staff provided really good service, and breakfast was a good spread.
Our room felt cramped with limited storage options. A bit more space would have.

The breakfasts with a cappuccino. Great and fantastic location in a great area just next door to suggesting local restaurants/bars to check out, and major sites and Rome Termini station...

The hotel is well situated for travellers wishing to visit the main tourist attractions in Rome. 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini (even with bags / luggage). Lovely rooftop terrace with view of Colosseum, Forum & St Peters. Also own private terrace / balcony.
Main entrance by a rather shabby back street. Somewhat dated (but clean) decor and soft furnishings in room.

Good location. Short walk to a Metro Station and the main train terminal. Rooms and bathroom compact but clean. Has a lift.
The staff could have been more helpful and shared information more freely. No info given upon check in re breakfast times / place or any of the services provided. When asking for info clear answers were sometimes hard to come by!

It was just a balanced option for a brief hiatus in Rome with fantastic value for money. The air conditioner worked well, keeping our room comfortable after long days out. Make sure to leave your key at the front desk so you get assistance whenever needed.
